Room Rate
The room rate is £97 per night, this price includes a delicious continental breakfast basket, delivered to the comfort of your room.
The Breakfast contains warm croissants, toast, quality jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, and a choice of teas or a cafetiere of fresh coffee.
For an additional supplement of £9 per person you can upgrade to a full English breakfast, using local produce from the farm shop, just across the road from the property.
Discount for week long stays
For guests wanting to stay a week or longer a 15% discount is offered.
Secure your stay
To secure bookings, a 30% deposit is required, which can be made via cash and also bank transfer and the full balance will be due, two weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. For cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, you will be charged the full rate of your stay.
We strongly advise that you are covered by holiday insurance.
Dog Friendly
We happily welcome 4 legged friends, a maximum of one per room. We charge an additional fee of £20 and request that you provide your own dog bedding and food. Please be aware, that dogs must not sit on any of the bedroom furniture, or be left unattended at any time.
