A Great Relaxing Break!
The location is perfect for visiting both the North Norfolk coats and Norfolk Broads,
The accommodation was very well furnished and maintained to a very high standard.
Kelly was the perfect host and knowledgeable about the local area with regards to places to visit and eat.

Continental breakfast consisted of fresh orange juice, croissants, toast, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, jam, butter, fresh milk & a pot of tea. Delicious!
The Annexe is very well appointed, modern and spotlessly clean.
The accommodation is down a country lane, about a 10-15 minute walk to the local pub. There are no street lights so remember a torch/mobile phone.
Thank you, Kelly for your kind hospitality; we look forward to a return visit when the weather is a little warmer.

The Earsdon Annexe – Our Norfolk Go To Place For A Luxury B & B
This is our third visit to the Earsdon Annexe, and the high standards are still maintained with some great added extras, such as smart heating. The Continental breakfast is amazing, using local products, and sets my wife and I up for the day!
Whenever we visit family in Norfolk, we always stay at the Earsdon Annexe, it’s also dog friendly.
Nothing is too much trouble, for the owners Kelly and Shaun, who are really lovely people too, always feels like we are visiting good friends when we stay.

My partner & I stayed here for 2 nights & wish we could have stayed longer! Kelly our host was friendly, helpful and so welcoming! The annexe itself is private, clean, modern and very comfortable, all you could need, with all the home away from home comforts. Lovely view of the garden & field behind. A Little Gem Of A Place
The Earsden Annexe is a perfect little place to stay. It was not only clean and tidy but it catered our every need. We had a very warm welcome from our hostess Kelly who was very informative not only about where we could find things within our room but of the area generally with forthcoming events and where to go for the perfect pizza. Our breakfast was delivered to our room where we had the choice of either having it in their lovely garden or in our room. Worstead village is about a 10 minute walk away down a country road where you will find their local pub for drinks and food. I would definitely recommend this B&B to family and friends if they wanted to stay near the Worstead area. Thank you Kelly for making our stay a memorable one.

Very well presented room and facilities. The attention to detail was excellent. The owner could not be more helpful. On one morning, I had an early appointment and she was happy to deliver the breakfast to my room at 6:30am. I am really happy to unreservedly recommend this high quality bed and breakfast. Suitable for a couple or individual who requires a quiet room for that business or leisure trip. Unfortunately they only have the one room. However, it is separate from the owner’s house, which means that you have the privacy you require.

Came to the The Earsdon Annexe a year ago and said I would be back. well I came back and I was not disappointed. A lovely warm welcome with such lovely accommodation. Very clean and so comfortable. Lovely warm hot breakfast, and even sat out each morning on the patio in the sun. The view of the Highland Cows, is lovely and even saw a calf, just a few hours old! Lovely safe garden for Laddie to play in. Bought some local produce as well…Am very pleased and yes we will be back….Thank you Kelly, Harry and Shaun. xxx 🐹🐾🐾🍄

The Perfect Little Annexe Escape!
The Earsdon Annexe….what an awesome place. The Annexe itself has been done up to an amazing standard with real attention to detail, all the home comforts you need with a superb bathroom! Being separate to the main house it really is a private retreat!

One night stay at Earsdon Annexe
Fantastic dog friendly annexe next to Shaun and Kelly’s house. Brand new, exceptionally clean, everything you could possibly need… and the dog had the run of the garden! Shaun and Kelly were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast on the patio in the sunshine was a lovely touch. Location ideal for exploring the coast and the White Lady pub was only a ten minute walk and great for dinner – their local produce is amazing! Thank you Kelly and Shaun – we loved it.

“Don’t hesitate, a perfect base for exploring Norfolk, whilst also relaxing in a very stylish B&B.”Very impressive; from the friendly welcome to the stylish room and so much more… Wow, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Having left our previously booked 4* golf hotel near Norwich, after the 1st night in disgust, we came across this little gem via booking.com. My husband, our Dachshund and I were greeted with a very warm welcome and were immediately impressed with the annexe; a brilliant use of space and it wasn’t part of the main house, giving extra privacy. The quality of the room; a new build, fixtures, fittings, bathroom, branded towels and bedding were to a very high standard – plenty of sockets, a good sized mirror, smart TV and a colour scheme right out of a magazine. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was heavenly 1st thing this morning! Which leads me onto the continental breakfast; so beautifully and thoughtfully presented in a picnic basket and on a butlers tray, with warm croissants and what I presume was local produce like the toast. We could has stayed and lingered in contentment a little longer, but until next time… Kelly was a wonderful host – nothing was too much trouble and she was able to sort out our minor TV issue. We wholeheartedly encourage you to book; a very worthy 5* & Highly Recommended.
